Hi! I am Jyotiska. I currently work as a Senior Engineering Manager at HackerRank and live in Bangalore. At HackerRank, I lead the engineering efforts for Infra, Content, and IDE teams to create a world that values skills over pedigree.

Throughout my career, I've built and led engineering teams across various domains, from AgriTech to HealthTech, focusing on scalable solutions that make a real impact. I'm passionate about AI, distributed systems, and creating products that solve meaningful problems.

I completed my Masters from IIIT Bangalore with Databases and Information Systems & Machine Learning specialization.

Whenever I find time, I work on side projects and contribute to open source. My personal projects are on my GitHub profile.

Headed engineering and product at Uvi Health. Created India's #1 PCOS care app that scaled to 50,000+ downloads and over 30,000+ registered users within the first year of launch. The platform and the app was acquired by the Mother & Child Care vertical of a large multinational corporation.

Co-founded and operated KrishiHub for 5 years, building a large scale nation-wide Agri supply chain system. Led all technology and product development efforts, and scaled the platform to support thousands of farmers across multiple states in India.
